Payment and Shipping Policy

Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. Your credit card will be charged by “Esthetic Supply Company, LLC”

The shipping charges for UPS Ground Shipping (default):
$6.95 for orders less than $50,
$8.95 for orders less than $100,
10.95 for orders less than 150,
FREE for orders 150+.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order details and carrier/tracking information.

We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

Once shipped it takes 1-4 business days to arrive.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipping within the state South Carolina.

Return/Exchange Policy

To return or exchange a product purchased directly from us via our website, please call 803-531-1279 for instructions.

All returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and shipping and handling are not included in the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 15-21 days against the original method of payment. We reserve the right to change this policy at our sole discretion.

Note: Customer is required to pay return shipping.
