To use:
After cleansing and toning, spread a hazelnut-sized amount on the skin and work it in for 3-4 minutes with wet fingers. Rinse off with water. The facial exfoliator should be used between twice a week and once a month, depending on skin condition:
Very sensitive skin, every 14 days.
Normal or dry skin, once a week.
Hard skin, 2 x weekly.
