Making an Appointment
If you would like to schedule an appointment or would like additional information about our services, please call 803-531-1279. Our knowledgeable reception staff will gladly describe our many services and recommend the ones best suited to your needs and preferences.
Appointments and Check In
Because our salon services are very popular, we recommend that you make your appointment as far in advance as possible. All salon services are subject to availability. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare and relax. If additional information about our services are needed, please call 803-531-1279.
Cancellation Policy
Because your salon services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours in advance of a reserved appointment and no-shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the services re-served. All no shows are charged full service value. Multiple Services and Group Appointments
Please Note: A Visa or Master Card is required when reserving a multiple service appointment and/or reserving an appointment for a group.
Late Show
As a courtesy to customers with appointments following yours, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available allotted time and will be charged the full service fee.
Other Important Policies
– As a courtesy to other guests, the use of cell phones is not permitted.
– Inform your Esthetician, Nail Technician and Massage Therapist about any medications and topical preparations that you are using.
– Communicate with your Esthetician, Nail Technician and Massage Therapist about any pain or injuries.
– Please provide feedback during your treatment.
– Gratuities have not been included in our treatment fees as we leave this to your discretion.
– Returned Check Fee – $35.00
